Manufacturing processes & material expertise
Precision in defense technology requires both state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and a deep understanding of materials. Our manufacturing partners combine years of defense technology experience with state-of-the-art CNC technology.
Our CNC machining includes 3-axis and 5-axis milling for complex geometries with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm, CNC turning for precision parts with the tightest tolerances and combined machining in milling-turning centers for complete production without reclamping.
Materials for defense applications range from high-strength steels such as 1.6582 (34CrNiMo6) and 42CrMo4 for stressed structures to aerospace alloys such as aluminum 7075 and titanium grade 5 to corrosion-resistant stainless steels such as 1.4057 and 1.4571.
Quality assurance is carried out by our own measuring center using a 3D coordinate measuring machine for complete component testing, precise surface measurement for Ra values and waviness as well as comprehensive material testing including hardness testing and microstructure analysis.

CNC24 sees itself as your outsourced purchasing and production department. In order to keep our quality promise, we measure all components in our own ISO 9001 certified measuring center in Berlin.
Of course, you will receive a test certificate for your parts with every order. On request, you can also receive an initial sample test report or a material test certificate.
