CNC24 is your full-service partner for the procurement of individual production components. With CNC24 you have access to a network of more than 500 carefully selected producers from all over the world. Through our platform, you can access all manufacturing processes with one contractor.

Who produces my parts?
At CNC24 your parts are produced by selected manufacturers from our network. Our manufacturing partners must meet the high CNC24 quality specifications to become part of the network. In addition, we have a modern measurement center at our location in Berlin. Here, all components go through a rigorous quality assurance process. This is how we ensure that you receive your components in the quality you need, guaranteed.
How much does it cost to use CNC24?
All costs are included in the quotes for your components, there are no additional costs for using CNC24.
What information is needed for a quote?
For the preparation of your quote we need the following information:
- 3D model and/or manufacturing drawing as PDF
- Material
- Quantity
- Company data
- Delivery and billing address
From which countries can I order at CNC24?
Our focus is on customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. However, an order is possible worldwide.
Where do CNC24’s manufacturing partners come from?
Our manufacturing partners come from Germany, the EU, Switzerland, China and India.
Contact us if you have special requirements for your manufacturing country.
Can I choose the country of manufacture?
Yes, please let us know when creating your inquiry if you have a desired country for your manufacturing.
How is the invoicing done?
You will receive the invoice as soon as your components are produced.
Payment terms:
- 14 days with 2% cash discount
- 30 days
For orders with destination country Switzerland, the invoice is always issued before shipment.
How secure is my data with CNC24?
The protection of your data is important to us. Your data will be transferred encrypted to our servers. We anonymize your manufacturing drawings before we transfer them to our partners.
Our producers also sign strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect your intellectual property (IP protection).
Please let us know if you have any special requirements regarding the safety of your parts or if you would like production to take place exclusively in Germany or the European Union.
How do I get my quote?
You can submit an inquiry using our form on the website or email us at info@CNC24.de.
We need the following information:
- Drawing as PDF and/or 3D model
- The desired amount
- The material
- Company data incl. Address
Can I also get a quote by phone?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Please submit a written inquiry via our form or by e-mail to info@CNC24.de.
How is the price calculated?
CNC24 does not give prices to the manufacturers in our network. Our producers calculate their prices independently, taking into account their own machine equipment and costs. This ensures that you receive attractive conditions with a high delivery reliability.
The following factors are included in the design of the quote:
- Machine hour rate
- Set-up costs
- Programming costs
- Labor costs
- Cost of materials
What format must my CAD files be in?
We process 3D models in the following formats: STEP, STP, DXF
You can transfer production drawings to us as PDF
When and why do I need to upload a technical drawing in addition to the CAD file?
For some components, we require additional information on surface specifications, tolerances, threads and fits in order to provide you with a quotation
How quickly will I receive my quote?
We will send you your quote by email within 48 hours.
How can I order my parts again?
Send us your new order with reference to your old quote. We will check if material prices have changed and send you a new offer if necessary
Is there a minimum quantity at CNC24?
There is no minimum quantity for an order. However, the order value must be at least 100€.
Is there a minimum order value?
For some components, we require additional information on surface specifications, tolerances, threads and fits in order to provide you with a quotation
Can I change or cancel my order at short notice?
You can customize your order until your components go into production. Unfortunately, no adjustment or cancellation is possible after the start of production.
Can I reorder orders that have already been placed?
Yes, contact us for an updated quote at info@CNC24.de quoting your old order number
What surface treatments does CNC24 offer?
We offer a wide range of surface finishing processes. You can find an overview here.
Please contact us if you do not find a desired surface treatment process. In the CNC24 network, we are guaranteed to find the right supplier for the surface you need.
How can I order surface treatments?
Simply let us know in the inquiry process which surface your components need to be machined with so that we can take this into account in the quotation.
Can I request an initial sample test report (ISTR) from CNC24?
Yes, please let us know already in the inquiry process if you want an initial sample test report (ISTR).
Do I receive an inspection protocoll at CNC24?
At CNC24 you will receive a free inspection certificate with every order. Please let us know in the inquiry process if you require a detailed test report in addition to this
Can I request a material test certificate from CNC24?
Yes, please let us know already in the inquiry process if you need a material test certificate.

In addition to our production network, we have the possibility to manufacture components directly in our sister company.

How is the manufacturer selected for my order?
We’ve developed an AI-powered algorithm that automatically selects manufacturers with the right skills for your parts. Only they are allowed to submit a quote for your components.
Here, among other things, the machine equipment, the complexity of the components, the delivery speed as well as the price are taken into account in order to find suitable suppliers for your components.
Thus, for each inquiry and each order, we always find the partner who fits best with his competence. They are guaranteed to get the expertise and capacity they really need.
Who is my contact person for complaints?
CNC24 is always your sole contact. Should there ever be a complaint, we will take care of the entire complaints process.
What happens in case of delivery failures?
Should a supplier fail to deliver at short notice, we will find an alternative manufacturer in our network. Through the QA process in our own measuring center, we always guarantee consistent quality.
Where can I see the current order status of my order?
You will receive automatic updates by mail as soon as the status of your order changes.
How is the delivery done?

What is the composition of logistics costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, shipping method and shipping country of your components. We pass on delivery costs to you one-to-one without any surcharge.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, you can also pick up your components at our location in Berlin.
Can I apply as a producer for the network?
You are welcome to apply on our partner page.
How do you ensure the quality of my products?
In addition to quality control at our partners, we operate our own state-of-the-art measurement center at our location in Berlin. Here we measure your components before we send them to you including test certificate.
How do I choose the right manufacturer for my products?
We use algorithms to determine the most suitable manufacturer in the CNC24 network for your order. Depending on your workpiece, we select the appropriate partner with the right expertise.
We use the following selection criteria:
