Upload test reports and material certificates

As part of our quality assurance process, you are required to create measurement reports for all orders you process for CNC24 and upload them before shipping the parts. If a material certificate is also required for individual parts, you must upload it to the supplier portal before shipping the parts.

1. All required documents are displayed directly on the order

2. Go to the order and confirm the delivery date

3. Upload the measurement reports for each component in the shipment. A delivery note can only be generated after a valid measurement report has been uploaded for all components in the order.

4. If some or all of the components in an order require a material certificate, you can add them in the next step.

5. After uploading test reports and material certificates (if required), you can create the packing slip for your shipment, ship the components to CNC24, and issue your invoice.

When can I issue an invoice for my orders?

You can create an invoice as soon as you have generated a delivery note via the CNC24 supplier portal and shipped the parts to us.
