Depending on the component and project requirements, different measuring and testing procedures are used, which are documented, traceable and carried out in accordance with defined quality standards.

Answers to your most important questions
How quickly will I receive an offer?
You will usually receive a quote for your inquiry within 48 hours. For complex components or large series, it can take up to 4 days, as we try to optimize the price for you.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we do not have a minimum order quantity. We manufacture individual parts for prototypes as well as large series of over 100,000 pieces. However, there is a minimum order value of €250. Each request is processed individually.
Which quality certificates do I receive?
Each delivery contains a test certificate issued by CNC24. On request, we can also issue detailed measurement reports, initial sample test reports, PPAP documentation or FAIR.
How long does production take?
Our delivery time depends on the type and scope of the order. As a rule, it is 15 to 25 working days. We will inform you of the binding delivery date in your individual quotation.
Which CAD formats are supported?
We accept all common formats: STEP, IGES, STP, STL, DWG, DXF. Alternatively, a technical drawing as a PDF is also sufficient.
Do you also offer surface treatments?
Yes, we offer various surface treatments: Anodizing, powder coating, electroplating, passivating and others. These can be specified directly with the inquiry.
